MUD Make-Up Scholarship

Generously funded by Make-up Designory (MUD), the MUD Makeup Scholarship offers five $2,500.00 scholarships twice a year for a total of $25,000. The MUD scholarship is open to any student attending an accredited Cosmetology and/or esthetics school that offers MUD makeup in their program. please go to website to confirm your school is on the list
Once you have signed up you will receive a confirmation through email, but you are not complete with your application! Please complete the general application AND the 2nd phase of the application. The 2nd phase of the application is the specific questions for the scholarship you have selected to apply to and are REQUIRED to answer to be considered for qualification for judging.

Please keep in mind you will be judged by our TOP INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS and your application should reflect creativity, innovation, passion and your ability to communicate. How do you plan to WOW the judges?

Supplemental Questions
  1. Are you less than 50% complete in your program?
  2. Does your school currently use MUD Make Up products?
  3. Which are you uploading for your submission to answer the question: "Why is Beauty your passion and how will your career in Beauty fulfill your purpose?"(You must select Inspiration Board with 200 essay or Video)
  4. If you have choosen to create a video to answer the question: "Why is Beauty your passion and how will your career in Beauty fulfill your purpose?" Please provide the YouTube link to a video expressing your answer. Your video must not exceed three (3) minutes. Please ensure that the link is active and is public
  5. If you have choosen to create a 1 page Story board (Examples can be seen here and here) that visually supports your response to the SCHOLARSHIP QUESTION. This can be done electronically using images of inspiration to show the judges your visual story, and uploaded as a .doc or .pdf or .jpg, OR you may choose to do this collage-style on paper, scan the image, and upload.
