International Spa Association - Esthetics/MUA/Massage Therapy Student Scholarship

Since 1991, the International SPA Association has been recognized worldwide as the professional organization and voice of the spa industry, representing health and wellness facilities and providers in more than 70 countries. ISPA advances the spa industry by providing invaluable educational and networking opportunities, promoting the value of the spa experience and speaking as the authoritative voice to foster professionalism and growth. Spas are places devoted to overall well-being through a variety of professional services that encourage the renewal of mind, body and spirit.

Scholarship: nine (9) $1,000 scholarships to be used toward program tuition

Qualifications: This scholarship is open to new or current esthetics, makeup, special effects makeup or massage therapy students who have not completed more than fifty percent (50%) of their coursework. Student must be attending or enrolled at an accredited makeup, special effects makeup, massage therapy or esthetics school.

Requirements To Apply: Video presentation from applicant explaining why they decided to go into esthetics, makeup, special effects makeup or massage therapy, and why a career in this professional will fulfill their passion. Video must show application of an esthetics treatment, massage therapy technique or make-up application and include a response to the above question. The focus is on creating a spa-like feeling with the esthetics treatment and showing originality and artistic execution with the model.
